By creating an account on the Customer Portal, you will have access to your policies and be able to check claim status/indemnity anytime
You can easily file medical expenses refund request, file a claim for your vehicle, pay for your policies online, and monitor the status of your claim/indemnity.
If you are a member of the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund, logging into this portal also gives you access to pension fund contract information.
